All items are made to order, meaning each piece is individually created after purchase.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Production times may vary depending on demand. Estimated times are indicated on the website.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Portugal.
We ship both nationally and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and are outside our control once the order has been dispatched.
5. Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept returns, except in cases where the error is our responsibility.
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
